HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6638 of 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No.4 in initiating criminal action against the 5th respondent as per complaint dated 27.02.2014 to the 4th respondent and also complaint dated 28.02.2014 to the 2nd and 3rd respondents as illegal and arbitrary and unconstitutional." Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 placed on record written instructions dated 13.03.2014 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the petitioner submitted a petition dated 27.02.2014 to the 4th respondent through post. Basing on the contents of the said complaint, a case in Crime No.135 of 2014 was registered for the offence under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC on 12.03.2014. Pursuant to the registration of the said crime, investigation was completed and a final report was filed on 13.11.2014 referring it as "lack of evidence".

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. _____________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J Date: 12.11.2019.
