Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac. 1.12 guntas in survey No. 70, Chowdarygudem village, Shamshabad mandal, Ranga Reddy district, claimed to have purchased the same vide registered sale deed dated 4.8.2005. Petitioner was also issued pattadar pass books but revenue records continue to reflect the name of his vendor, therefore, he made application in prescribed form to mutate his name. The application submitted through Mee-Seva was received on 30.10.2017. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. 3.
Having regard to the fact that application for mutation of name is already made, acknowledged by respondent and is stated to be pending, without entering into the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 30.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
