Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG).

Against the order dated 24.02.2018 made under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905, petitioner preferred appeal bearing No.A3/1192/2018 and also filed application for grant of stay. Alleging inaction on the appeal as well as stay petition and on the contrary respondents are threatening to demolish the structures, this writ petition is filed.

A reading of the order of Tahsildar dated 24.02.2018 itself would disclose that there is an existing house. 4.

In view of the same, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Medak Division, Sangareddy, is directed to consider the application of stay, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then the respondents are directed not to demolish the existing structures of the said property.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
