In this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only grievance of the writ petitioner is in respect of non-registration of a crime on the representation/complaint, dated 10.07.2016, of the petitioner lodged with the police officers. 2.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.), on written instructions, date 02.04.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, stated that a case in Crime No.93 of 2018 was registered, on 11.04.2018, on the file of Malikipuram Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 497 and 109 read with 34 I.P.C. He placed on record a copy of the F.I.R. in the aforestated crime.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
