Kotha Laxmaiah v. The State Of Telangana

HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.9115 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8509 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of Crime No.91 of 2017 of Papannapet Police Station, Medak District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 494 IPC are present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused Nos.1 and 2 are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused Nos.1 and 2, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.9115 of 2017 and the Criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
