ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering recommendation of the 3rd respondent vide proceedings dated 13.10.2014 for extending the Revision Pay Scales 2010 and 2015 to the petitioners, as arbitrary and illegal.

When the matter is taken up consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in spite of the recommendation of the 3rd respondent-temple for extension of Revision Pay Scales of the year 2010 and 2015 to the petitioners vide proceedings dated 13.10.2014, the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders so far. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to issue necessary orders pursuant to the proceedings dated 13.10.2014 of the 3rd respondent, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
