HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21139 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to quash the order of 1st respondent dated 25.02.2003 relating to P.W.No.10 of 2002.

2. When this matter was listed on 09.11.2015 as there was no representation, it was directed to be posted on 30.11.2015 under the caption of 'for dismissal' and on 30.11.2015 on the request of advocate for petitioner it was again adjourned to 14.12.2015 by deleting the dismissal caption. On 14.12.2015 also advocate for petitioner did not get ready and again took time and on his request, it was adjourned and when the matter is listed yesterday, against a request was made and the matter is listed today under the caption 'for orders'. In spite of that, no interest is evinced on behalf of petitioner to prosecute the case. Therefore, I am of the view that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
