The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 05.10.2015, passed in I.A.No.701 of 2015 in O.S.No.545 of 2013 on the file of learned XVII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. No representation for the revision petitioner.

3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the very suit in O.S.No.545 of 2013 on the file of learned XVII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was decreed with costs on 27.11.2015.

4. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
