HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18314 of 2013 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the writ of mandamus by declaring the inaction of the respondents Nos.1 to 4 to investigate the case in Crime No.259 of 2013 is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice, consequently direct the respondent No.4 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.5 and 6 in Crime No.259 of 2013."

When the matter is called, the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 placed on record the written instructions dated 05.07.2013 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad, wherein it is stated that during the course of investigation as many as 11 witnesses were examined and their detailed statements were recorded. The said witnesses did not support the version of the petitioner/complainant and ultimately it was found that she filed a false complaint. Thereafter, after obtaining permission from the concerned authority and serving notice on the petitioner, a final report referring the matter as false was filed on 22.05.2013 before the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar. In view of the same, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
