HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.777 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 01-08-2014, passed in W.P.M.P.No.27239 of 2014 in W.P.No.27239 of 2014. Wherein, this Court directed the respondents to consider the objections of the petitioner before granting permission in favour of 5th respondent in the petition. The case of the petitioner is that without considering the objections, provisional registration granted in favour of the 5th respondent and this Court found that the said matter was not placed before the District Level Committee. On 14-08-2015, this Court directed the District Level Committee to reconsider the issue. In pursuance of the same, the District Level Committee passed an order on 25-08-2015 after considering the objections of the petitioner. In view of the same, there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is left open for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 25-08-2015 in accordance with law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
