As there was no representation for the appellant on 05.07.2018, the matter was directed to be listed today with a clear direction that if compromise petition is not filed or the arguments are not commenced, further orders would be passed. Even today also, when the matter is called, none appeared for the appellant nor is there any representation made on his behalf.

Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
