This writ petition is filed for writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent Municipality threatening to demolish the petitioners' structures i.e., D.Nos.9-E-76, 8-299 and Temporary Structure in open land, 9-E-74 and 9E-74-1 situated at Kalyandurg, Anantapuram District, without following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent Municipality not to demolish the petitioners' structures. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Municipality. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of W.P.No.5581 of 2015 on 06.03.2015 and same is not disputed by Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Municipality.

For the reasons alike in the aforesaid order dated 06.03.2015 in W.P.No.5581 of 2015, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above order. No order as to costs.
