THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 875 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 12.12.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.44970 of 2018.

By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 04.10.2018 alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner with respect to the unauthorized construction made by the fifth respondent on the stilt floor of their apartment.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the aforesaid order of this Court, as a matter of fact, a notice came to be issued by the respondents to the fifth respondent calling for explanation, however, no action has been taken thereafter.

It is to be noted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondents have acted upon the representation alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner and taken necessary steps by issuing a notice to the fifth respondent. However, in the event the petitioner is not satisfied with respect to the action taken by the

CKR, J C.C.No.875 of 2019 respondents, it would be open for him to challenge the same before the appropriate authority by specifically stating with regard to the nature of violation and non-compliance of the provisions of law.

Granting liberty to the petitioner as above, this Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
