HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION No.16448 of 2007 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the award passed in I.A. No.125 of 2004 dated 20.11.2006 on the file of Labour Court, Warangal. While the 1st respondent is the Presiding Officer of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court at Warangal and is a proforma party, the contesting respondent is the 2nd respondentworkman. The Writ Petition was dismissed as against the 2nd respondent by the order of this Court dated 24.06.2011. As the Writ Petition has been dismissed against the 2nd respondent, it necessitates dismissal against the 1st respondent also. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
