HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12584 OF 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 15-12-2014 passed by this Court in WP.No.31378 of 2014.

Heard Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5. In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to release the additional loads as early as possible to the petitioner which shall be subject to the outcome of the regularization scheme to be framed by the Government of Telangana State. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
