ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac. 4.20 cents in R S No. 360/1, Block No.13, Maharajupeta North ward, Vijayanagaram. Petitioner is now aggrieved against inclusion of his property in the list of prohibitory properties under Section 22 (A) of Registration Act. Aggrieved by such inclusion, petitioner claims to have submitted application on 3.7.2017, alleging inaction this writ petition is filed.

Since petitioner has already filed application on 3.7.2017 and same is pending consideration before District Collector/2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner for exclusion of property of the petitioner in the list of prohibited properties and by assigning due reasons pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
