THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.10435 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking further action pursuant to the report, dated 04.09.2017, lodged with the Station House Officer, Kanekal Police Station, Kanekal, Anantapur District.

I have heard the submissions of Sri N. Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. I have perused the material record. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), on written instructions, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that the report, dated 04.09.2017, is received by registered post on 25.09.2017 at 03:00 PM and that the 4th respondent/the Station House Officer, Kanekal Police Station, Kanekal, Anantapur District, registered a case in Crime No.103 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 427, 409 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. and that investigation is taken up.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is closed, as no further cause survives for adjudication.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
