Heard both sides.

There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order of the lower Court in the relief sought referred the clock back without existence of a factual foundation to plead a subsequent event in another existence as on the date of filing of the counter by seeking amendment to it, but for if at all from the subsequent event can be raised for the Court also to take into consideration to mould the reliefs in the pending appeal.

With this observation, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
