This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the docket order dated 30.03.2017 in I.A.No.331 of 2017 in S.O.P.No.1157 of 2016 on the file of the Court of I Additional District Judge, Guntur. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
