THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 14187 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representations dated 30.09.2016 and 24.12.2016 of the petitioner.

Through the above-dated representations, the petitioner has complained that the 4th respondent is proceeding with the construction activities in house bearing D.No. 42-198-1-2, Jaya Nagar Colony, Chinna Chowk, Kadapa, without following the procedure as contemplated under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Mohd. Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation. The information furnished to the petitioner on 20.01.2017 under the Right to Information Act, 2005, which is placed at page No.13 of the material papers, clearly shows that the 2nd respondent Corporation has stopped the constructions that are being undertaken at the Door No. complained of and a notice under Sections 452(1) and 461(1) of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 has been issued to the 4th respondent on 03.01.2017 itself.

Inasmuch as the 2nd respondent Corporation has already initiated action against the 4th respondent by issuing the notice under Sections 452(1) and 461(1) of the 1955 Act on 03.01.2017, the same shall be brought to a logical end. Such action shall be

completed, if not already done, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
