Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Aggrieved by the order of Revenue Divisional Officer, Husnabad, dated 31.07.2019 petitioner preferred Revision No.F3/3003/2017 before the Joint Collector, Siddipet. Alleging inaction in disposing of the Revision, this writ petition is filed. 3.

The material on record would disclose filing of Revision and filing of counter by the respondents therein. That being so, if the Revision is not disposed of, so far, the Revisional Authority is directed to dispose of the Revision by putting on notice to the respective parties, shall fix a date for hearing, complete the process of hearing and pass orders by assigning reasons in support of the decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
