HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.7847 & 7845 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and also learned counsel for the 2nd respondent in continuation to the earlier hearing covered by the interim orders dated 29.08.2017 respectively, of not to arrest the accused pending investigation, in both the matters from the common further hearing and the interim orders are made absolute by left open all available defence with observation that investigation shall go on, however, pending investigation the petitioners/accused shall not be arrested. However, this will not prevent the police to secure their presence for the purpose of investigation if necessary. Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petitions are disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
