THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.879 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 08.10.2015 passed in I.A.No.687 of 2015 in O.S.No.92 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Puttur. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.92 of 2009.

As per the list furnished by the Registry also, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 28.12.2017. In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing this revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
