In these Writ Petitions, petitioners allege that though the authorization of their Fair Price Shops is subsisting, the essential commodities are not supplied to them causing undue hardship and suffering.

This Court, by way of interim order, directed the respondents to supply essential commodities to the petitioners Fair Price Shops, so long as their authorization subsists.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the essential commodities are supplied to the petitioners Fair Price Shops. 5.

In view of the same, the Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to continue to supply the essential commodities to the petitioners Fair Price Shops so long as their authorization subsists; not suffered any other penal consequences and subject to fulfillment of all other requirements. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
