Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Respondents and perused material available on record. 2.
Petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.2-75 cents in Sy.No.114/1 and Ac.1-09 guntas in Sy.No.114/4 situated at Chinna Midisileru village (G), Charla mandal, BhadradriKothagudem district by virtue of assignment granted by the Government. According to the petitioner, she was also issued with pattadar passbook and title deed and as per the new system evolved by the Government in order to get the benefits of Rythu Bandu Scheme, petitioner requested for issuance of digital pattadar passbook and title deed vide representation dated 13.5.2019. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed.

Today, when the matter is taken up, on instructions, the learned Government Pleader submits that no such representation is pending with the respondents and if any such application is made afresh through online, the same shall be considered within a fixed time frame.

In view of the said submission, petitioner is granted liberty to file fresh application through T.S.Online web portal for issuance of digital pattadar pass book and title deed. If such application is made, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of application. 5.
With the above observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
