2015-08-24R.Kantha Rao2 pages

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO W.P.Nos.26611, 26612, 26625, 26626 & 26628 of 2015 COMMON ORDER All these writ petitions are filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in terminating the services of the petitioners as Field Assistants and not paying salaries to them, as arbitrary and illegal.

Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are disposed of by this common order. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are no valid grounds to pass suspension orders. Since the suspension orders were passed pending enquiry, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the second respondent-Project Director to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that if the final orders are not passed within the stipulated time, the suspension orders shall stand revoked. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
