Aggrieved by an order dated 20.04.2016 passed in C.M.A.No.04 of 2006 in E.A.No.27 of 2014 in E.P.No.38 of 2003 in O.S.No.236 of 2000 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Puttur, the present Civil Revision petition is filed, wherein the trial Court remanded E.A.No.27 of 2004 to the executing Court as per the directions of this Court in C.R.P.No.5441 of 2005 for fresh disposal by the executing Court on merits in accordance with law. Though various grounds are raised in the Civil Revision petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the trial Court for disposal of E.A.No.27 of 2014 at the earliest. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Junior Civil Judge, Puttur, to dispose of E.A.No.

27 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
