THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.10398 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking verbatim the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the representation of the Petitioner's theatre dt.17/10/2017 as illegal, null, void and arbitrary and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

I have heard the submissions of Sri C.H.Jayakrishna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.), appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that if the writ petition is disposed of giving a direction to the respondents to consider the representation, dated 17.10.2017, and the subsequent representation, dated 13.04.2018, of the petitioners, in accordance with procedure established by law, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. 4.
Learned Government Pleader for Home endorses the said submission.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the aforestated representations of the petitioners, in strict accordance with
MSRM, J W.P.No.10398 of 2018 procedure established by law, however, within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
