Dhanalakshmi, learned counsel representing Sri M.Karuna Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
