23.06.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This Application has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.2 in Crl.P.No.3312 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022 that he shall appear before the concerned police on every Sunday and Thursday for a period of three months.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court by order dated 28.04.2022 directed the petitioner to appear on every Sunday and Thursday for a period of three months. However, learned counsel further submits that meanwhile the petitioner has received documents from Concordia University Wisconsin, USA that he has to attend the college on or before 29.06.2022.
Learned counsel further submits that he has also filed Crl.M.P.SR No.186 of pending before XII Metropolitan Sessions Judge and Crl.MP SR No.2928 of pending before X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Kukatpally, seeking permission to travel.

OFFICE NOTE Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the offences alleged are serious in nature and charge sheet is not yet filed.
However, the period of three months asking the petitioner to appear before the police station not yet completed.
Since the petitioner has already filed applications before the concerned Courts seeking permission to travel, the concerned Court shall decide the said applications on or before 27.06.2022 and the order dated 28.04.2022 in Crl.P.No.3312 of wherein the petitioner was asked to appear before the concerned police shall not come in the way of concerned Court in adjudicating the said applications seeking permission to travel.
Accordingly, this application is disposed off.
