Venkateshwara Theatre v. State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.10377 of 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: " .. to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the Petitioner's theatre as per their application dated 24.03.2018, as illegal, null, void and arbitrary and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the facts of the present case are akin to the facts of the cases covered by W.P.No.44345 of 2017 and batch. He would also bring to the notice of this Court that in that batch of writ petitions, this Court granted an interim order pending final disposal of the said batch of writ petitions and that the petitioner is entitled to a similar interim order in this case, in view of the identity of the facts of the present case with the facts of the cases in those writ petitions.
Learned Government Pleader for Home (T.S.) placed on record a copy of the common interim order passed by this Court, on 03.01.2018, in W.P.No.44345 of 2017 and batch.
Having regard to the facts and submissions, and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated batch of writ petitions, this writ petition is disposed of on the same terms as were mentioned in the aforestated common interim order, dated 03.01.2018. The Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the common interim order, dated 03.01.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.44345 of 2017 and batch, to this order.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ M.SEETHARAMA MURTI, J Date: 29.03.2018 va
