This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 & 3 in not paying the amounts as per the M-Books 1.Rs.9,75,226/- (ID No.81312), 2 Rs.85,089/- (ID No.81308) and 3. Rs.5.26,133/- (ID No.81280) respectively to the 1st petitioner and Rs.4,98,266/- (ID No.81293) to the 2nd petitioner with interest @ 24% per annum on the delayed payment towards the respective works done by the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents 2 & 3 to pay the above amount forthwith with interest to the petitioners."
At the hearing, it is agreed among the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj (AP) representing the respondents that by Order, dated 05.01.2016, this Court has disposed of an identical Writ Petition viz., WP.No.40031 of 2015. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said order with the direction that the observations and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
