HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

By way of interim order dated 09.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.26533 of 2017, this Court directed the Tahsildar, 5th respondent therein, not to pass orders in proceedings No.D/2430/2007, dated 08.01.2001, consequent to the remand order of the Revenue Divisional Officer vide his proceedings No.C/2192/2015, dated 28.10.2015. The unofficial respondents in the writ petition filed W.V.M.P.No.4135 of 2017 praying to vacate the said interim order. This Court, by order dated 06.11.2017 dismissed the vacate petition and interim order granted earlier was made absolute.

While so, on 30.04.2019 notice was issued calling upon the petitioners and others to appear before the Tahsildar on 04.05.2019 in continuation of the proceedings dated 08.01.2001. This Contempt Case is filed alleging that said notice is in disobedience of the orders of this Court.

Learned Government Pleader produced copy of the order of Tahsildar vide Proc.No.B/679/2019, dated 30.7.2019 withdrawing the earlier notice dated 30.04.2019.

In view thereof, the position as on the date of passing of interim order is restored. However, the very conduct of Tahsildar in issuing notice, contrary to the directions issued by this Court, is highly deprecated and the Tahsildar is warned careful in future whenever such steps are taken in violation of the directions of the
