THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No. 4841 OF 2O21 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.97 of 2021, pending on the file of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. The petitioners herein are respondent Nos.4 and 5 in the said DVC. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the record.
3. A perusal of the complaint filed by the respondent No.2 under Section 12 of the Protection of women from Domestic Violence Act, would reveal that, prima facie, there are no specific allegations against the petitioners herein/ respondent Nos.4 and
5. There is no specific relief sought against the petitioners herein/ R-4 and R-5. The petitioners herein are married sister and brother-in-law of R- 1.

ConSidering the above said aspects and also the fact that there are no specific allegations against the petitioners herein/ R-4 and R-5 and the allegations are only against the 1"t respondent/R-l in DVC, this Criminal Petition is disposed of dispensing with the presence of petitioners herein/R-4 and R-5 in D.V.C.No.97 of 2021, pending on the file of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. However, it is made clear that the proceedings in D.V.C.No'97 of 2O2l may go on against husband of respondent No.2 herein
