THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4926 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC by the petitioners-respondents in DVC No.28 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar. 2.

The first petitioner and the second respondent are present. The second petitioner is being represented by her General Power of Attorney Holder-the first petitioner.

Sri Sarath Chandra, learned Advocate representing Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, identified the first petitioner. Sri Sravan Kumar, learned Advocate, representing Sri T.Pradyumna Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the second respondent, identified the second respondent. Both the parties filed joint memo stating that they entered into compromise. 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the parties are permitted to enter into compromise in terms of the joint memo. In view of the compromise, no purpose will be served by keeping DVC No.28 of 2013 pending; therefore the DVC is closed.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed and DVC No.28 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, is closed.
