PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

This is an application for anticipatory bail. The petitioner herein is accused No.1 in Crime No.29 of 2021 of IT Corridor Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 498-A, 406 and 506 of I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.
Heard Sri Peri Prabhakar, leamed counsel for the petitioner, and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3.
In the complaint, dated 15.05.2021, the allegation against the petitioner herein/husband of the de facto complainant is that he is maintaining illegal relationship with one Ms.Shruti Khetan. The de facto complainant lodged the present complaint only on suspicion 4.
According to the leamed counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is not staying with the said Ms.Shruti Khetan and he is staying at Flat No.101 situated in the residential complex 'Solitaire Nest Apartments' in Plot No.57, Green Hamlet, Shilpa Park, Kondapur, Ranga Reddy District, with his parents' The Investigating officer has already served notice under Section 41-A of cr.P.c. on the petitioner herein on 11.06.2021 . The petitioner has already submitted i his reply. The petitioner is ready to cooperate with the Investigating !
Officer. Therefore, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused No.1 .

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/A.l is granted anticipatory bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) The petitioner/A. 1 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, IT Corridor, Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, within a period of two (2) weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner on bail on his executing a personal bond fol a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties to the like sum each to his satislaction.
(ii) The petitioner/A.1 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.
(iii) The petitioner/A.1 shall appear before the Station House Officer, IT Corridor, Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, on every Sunday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.
