HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4415 of 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.147 of 2013 on the file of the IV Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Karimnagar.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Learned counsel also addressed a letter to the Registry to that effect. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
