THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1072 OF 2014 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned standing counsel for the respondent Corporation that questioning the award passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.61 of 2007, dated 14.05.2013, Corporation filed W.P.No.31419 of 2014 and this Court on 20.10.2014 granted interim stay of continuity of service and attendant benefits in W.P.M.P.No.39277 of 2014.

In view of the same, this Contempt at this state does not survive. Accordingly, Contempt Case is closed and respondents stands discharged.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Contempt Case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
