HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3463 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the respondents to file a charge sheet in Crime No.235 of 2019 on the file of Nacharam Police Station, Rachakonda, registered against the petitioner/Accused for the offences punishable under Sections 332, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3 of PDPP Act. The petitioner further seeks a direction to the IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate- cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, to complete the trial of the case, within a period of two months.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that after completion of investigation in the aforesaid Crime No.235 of 2019, the police filed charge sheet against the petitioner/accused, for the offences punishable under Sections 332, 353, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3 of PDPP Act, before the IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, on 26.08.2019, and to that effect a letter addressed by the Sub Inspector of Police, Nacharam Police Station, has been filed along with the copy of the charge sheet. 3.

In the light of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the learned Magistrate is directed to

number the aforesaid charge sheet, if it is otherwise in order, and dispose of the case as early as possible.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
