HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.28033 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents in considering their proposal dated 07.07.2016 for starting "Christian School of Nursing" at Mahaboobnagar as illegal and in violation of Articles 14 and 19(1) (g) of the Constitution of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's proposal dated 07.07.2016 for starting "Christian School of Nursing" at Mahaboobnagar to impart General Nursing and Midwifery courses is pending consideration with respondent No.1 and, till date, no decision has been taken thereon. Learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health assured this Court that decision on the petitioner's proposal dated 07.07.2016 would be taken within two weeks.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to dispose of the petitioner's proposal dated 07.07.2016 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to mention that, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the action or inaction of respondent No.1, they may approach appropriate forum.
