THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.19926 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) By order dated 06.07.2015, this Court, while issuing notice before admission, granted interim order directing the respondents not to take further steps pursuant to the possession notice, dated 29.05.2015, on condition of the petitioners depositing Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of the order. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 27.07.2015, 03.08.2015, 17.08.2015 and 24.08.2015. However, on 24.08.2015, as there was no representation for the petitioners, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal".

Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioners. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank submitted that the petitioners have not deposited Rs.5,00,000/- as per the order dated 06.07.2015. As there was no representation for petitioners on 24.08.2015 and even today, despite the matter being listed under the

caption "for dismissal", it appears the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
