O R D E R

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri P.A.V. Bala Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Smt. T. Vidya Rani, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent bank, state that the auction proposed to be held on 26.05.2016 as per the e-auction sale notice dated 13.04.2016 published in newspapers on 14.04.2016 did not materialize. Learned counsel therefore state that the cause in this writ petition has become infructuous.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving all issues open. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
