WRI T PETI TI ON No.25367 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition challenging the alleged inaction on the part of the Government in not subjecting the private medical colleges to the jurisdiction of the Fee Regulatory Committee.

It is stated by Mr. A. Abhishek Reddy, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent that for the current academic year Government issued a G.O and the Fee Regulatory Committee also fixed a fee. The fee has been notified and the academic year has already been half way through. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence it is closed. 3.
