In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the grievance of the writ petitioner is non-registration of a crime pursuant to the report, dated 05.03.2018, lodged with the 4th respondent against the unofficial respondents 5 to 11 herein. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri G.R.Sudhakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader, on oral instructions, would submit that a case in Crime No.47 of 2018 is registered by the 4th respondent, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 327 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code; and, he produced, for perusal of the Court, a copy of the said First Information Report.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is closed as no further cause survives for adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
