JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Petition Nos.32965 & 36345 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy) Heard the learned Goverment Pleader for Services for the petitioners and Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 Both the learned counsel would submit that the lis in these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 12.03.2013 in W.P.No.39421 of 2012. It is also stated that in similar circumstances, a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.21820 of 2010, dated 04.10.2010 passed orders and against the same, Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.7545 of 2011 was filed, which was also dismissed on 24.05.2011.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioners would submit that a review petition is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the writ petitions can be dismissed, which will be subject to result of review before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the order dated 12.03.2013 in W.P.No.39421 of 2012, these writ petitions are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
