THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.23397 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that the 4th respondent is not completing investigation in Crime No.59 of 2016 registered on 17.06.2016 against certain persons, who are mentioned as accused therein, for the offences under Section 306 read with Section 34 IPC.

2. The Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents states that Accused No.1 in the said crime was arrested, but Accused Nos.2 and 3 mentioned in the FIR are found to be not connected with the crime. It is also stated that the Viscera of the deceased has been sent to Forensic Science Laboratory for examination and report; and assured that the investigation would be completed as expeditiously as possible on receipt of the said report from Forensic Science Laboratory.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to expeditiously complete the investigation in the above crime in accordance with law and file a final report before the competent Criminal Court. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
