This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.11 seeking bail in Crime No.97 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kandukuru Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 120(B), 420 IPC and Section 5 of APPDEF Act, 1999 and Section 58(b) of RBI Act, 1934. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner/A11 to file a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
