THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10405 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that, for redressal of its grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 21.03.2018, to the third respondent but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the third respondent to verify the representation, dated 21.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the third respondent, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, directing the third respondent to verify the representation, dated 21.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order, strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
