THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3283 of 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 438 Criminal Procedure Code is filed by petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, seeking bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 88 of 2022 of Nizamabad-I Town Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 506 and 509 r/w.34 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutorrespondent, for the State. 3.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he harassed the deceased in money transaction. Vexed with the harassment of the petitioner the deceased committed suicide by writing a suicide note. I find no ground to grant the relief of anticipatory bail. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the

concerned Court and seek regular bail. Upon such application for regular bail, the same shall be disposed of on merits, within three working days.
