THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39308 of 2013 ORDER:

Sri D. Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent informs the Court that in the present writ petition the appointment of the 5th respondent as Public Prosecutor has been challenged.

However, during the pendency of the present writ petition her term already expired and in her place another Public Prosecutor was appointed.

By taking the said submissions into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
